Great news for first time home buyers. The stimulus package has been extended to April 30th 2010. You get a tax credit of up to $8,000.00 that does not have to be repaid if you live in the home as your primary residence for at least 3 years.
You can receive 6,500.00 if you move into another home and have occupied your current home for a least 5 years.
